CCD視覺檢測設備的運作是通過振動盤、傳送帶或機械手將產品有序進行排列并輸送到直線軌道前端,通過傳送帶或振動盤運行,帶動產品到CCD攝像頭下方進行視覺檢測,并將采集到的影像傳輸到視覺軟件運算分析出良品與不良品。


CCD視覺檢測設備可以代替人眼來做測量和判斷,是用于生產、裝配或包裝的有價值的設備,它在檢測缺陷和防止缺陷產品被配送到消費者的功能方面具有不可估量的價值,主要功能:檢測長度、寬度、高度、直徑、混料、變形、缺料、毛刺、黑點、劃傷、臟污等檢測。
